Default this sounds yummy

thought I would share a dessert that i found on the south beach reciepe site.

Take a sf fudgecicle melt in micro for 15 seconds remove from stick.
Mix in a tablespoon of peanut butter and a tablespoon or two of sf coolwhip. Wow is this good! And it has less then 200 calories. My fudgcicles have 45 cal. Peanut butter 90/ Cool whip 20 or depending on how much you put in. I put in 2 so its 40 for me. A grand total of 175. Also has 4 grams of protein.

ENJOY sounds weight loss surgery safe and yummy too I use the carb control variety of peanut butter.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dang, we need a recipe forum.

Hey, folks, if you have a good recipe to share, why don't you send them to craig so he can put it up in the Gastric Bypass Recipe page?

Yes we need a recipe forum for us.

that one sounds so good I'll probably get some sugar free fudgecicles tomorrow. I like the rice cakes with peanut butter and all fruit on them. since I have so much trouble with bread getting stuck I had to start experimenting to find a way to have a peanut butter "jelly" (all fruit) sandwich. Almost like having it on a toasted bagle or english muffin

I like celery and pb with raisins and coconut on it. My mom used to make it for me when I was a kid and called it frogs on a log in a snow storm.
I am all for the recipe section too. I could deffinately improve my recipe collection for now.

Folks, please post your ideas and recipes in the Gastric Bypass Post Op Diet forum for now. Posting in Coffe Talk just gets good thoughts buried with other talk.
This post will be moved to the Diet forum soon, as well as any others that are about recipes and what to eat.

See y'all there!

Hey Lisa what does fudgecicle look like? I'm not sure if we have it in Kuwait or not? I searched on the google but I couldn't find it.

Of course I agree on having a forum jump for the recipies, I know it's a big struggle for me to know what to eat or how to cook and I'm pretty sure that it's the same for many of us on this board. Add me to the check list. Anybody else to vote?
