Default crustless quiche

I am looking for a recipe for a crustless quiche that i could have for breakfast before work. I am not an egg person but if its mixed into a quiche with someother breakfast items that would really help me

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I second Shelley's recipes for the egg bites. I have loved eggs for years, but post-op, looking at a scrambled egg was not appetizing to me. So I started making a batch of these a week. I get 24 in a mini muffin pan. You can put all different things in them. I like a real strongly flavored cheese (extra sharp cheddar) and have used sausage and ham. I also add spinach. Will be mixing it up more as time goes on. Anyhow, I pop three of them into the microwave for 30 seconds and voila! there's breakfast. I'm really enjoying them.
