I used the liquid whey bullets when I came home but not straight---I would use them in jello.....

1 cup boiling water
add sugar free jello pack
then in a measuring cup, mix 1 liquid bullet(43grams) and water to make one cup then add to the jello stir until disolved

I would chill them in 4 -4oz glad containers and put them in the fridge so each would contain 10-11 grams of protein each.

I liked the orange with peach jello the best. I even put orange in lime jello--not bad. Try different combinations.

good luck but be careful of to much in one day---even though they contain no sugar it has caused diarreah in some* people when drank straight out of the bullet
they are also great when mixed in juice and sugarfree drinks.

I have found that making my own protein jello was cheaper than ordering online.

You can find the bullets at any vitamin world and they give a discount with there club card(anyone can have one free)---I paid about $26 for 12 bullets which gave me about 48 servings of jello.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That sounds like a winner. But my 2 year old can't stay out of my jello! I will have to watch him. LOL

You can also make regular sugar free jello and add dry egg whites for protein also (about 1/4 cup per batch)
