Default Not really a "recipe" but a suggestion

I'm always looking for different things I can incorporate into my diet. Well, I'm not sure if this is sold in all states, but I ate Steak-ums last night. I LOVE beef, and this really helped with that craving. It chews up VERY well. I took one piece of it, broke it up into small pieces, pan fried it and when it was done, I added an egg and topped with a little cheese. That REALLY hit the spot last night, so much, that I may have that tonight too!!! lol Anyway, just something you might be able to tolerate. I think it was like 120 cal, low in carbs and like 8 in protein. But it was tasty.

Kenya,

I actually bought a "generic" brand, and they were 120 calories, 0 carbs, 8 protein, 0 sugars, and I forget the sodium. I'm sure the sodium maybe a little high because of the product, but when you cook it, you don't need anything in the pan, it makes it's own grease. When I take it out of the pan, I put it on some paper towels to drain any of the grease.

HEY!!!!! We're all in this together!!!! And we need all of the suggestions we can get. And if you're anything like me, I don't want to spend time cooking "harder" meals, I like things to be a little faster. Since I usually eat something different than the rest of them.
