Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Protein coffee= 8oz of ff skim milk(or howevermany oz you can drink) , 1 scoop of vanilla protein, 1 tablespoon of decaf instant coffee. on my chocaholic days I do 1/2 scoop of chocolate and 1/2 vanilla for you frappuccino fans. measure out your skim milk and pour it into ice cube trays, then just popem in the blender( I do half frozen half cold milk) with your protein and coffee. instant frozen frapuccino!

I made this for my afternoon snack today (slightly modified because I didn't have time to freeze the milk cubes -- so I cut half milk half real ice) BUT IT WAS SO DARN GOOD! Thank you!
