Talking Chicken Stew With Wine

MMMMMMMMMM THIS IS LIKE THE BEST AND EASIEST DISH TO MAKE INFACT I HAVENT MADE IT IN A WHILE AND LAST NIGHT I THOUGHT ABOUT IT WHLE I WAS TRYING TO THINK OF SOMTHING TO MAKE FOR DINNER THATS YUMMY HEALTHY AND WET!!!

CHICKEN BREASTS
1/2 SMALL BAG- BABY CARROTS
5 -BABY POTATOES CUT IN 1 INCH PIECES
1 -LARGE ONION
1/2 CUP -OLIVE OIL (I LEAVE THAT OUT)
2 TSP -OREGANO
1 TSP -GARLIC POWDER ( I USE WAY MORE)
PAPRIKA
2 -CANS STEWED TOMATOES
SALT AND PEPPER
1/2 -BOTTLE DRY WHITE COOKING WINE ( IT HAS NO FAT, SUGAR OR CARBS SO ITS SAFE)
1 1/2 -CUPS FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS

COAT THE CHICKEN WITH PAPRIKA. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN 13x9x2 INCH BAKING DISH AND STIR. COVER AND BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HOURS. STIR OCCASIONALLY.

THIS IS A GREAT AND HEALTHY RECEIPE! YOU CAN USE AS MUCH OF THE INGREDIENTS AS YOU WANT MORE OR LESS OF SOMTHING. I USUALLY USE 1 OR 2 SPLIT CHICKEN BREASTS DEPENDS ON WHO IS HOME.

ALSO I USUALLY COOK IT A BIT LONGER CAUSE I LIKE ALL THE VEGGIES VERY SOFT AND THE CHICKEN FALLING APART SO I WOULD SAY JUST COOK TILL ITS ALL FALLING APART!!!


THIS IS WHAT IM HAVING TONIGHT, AND THE VEGGIES CAUSE THEY WILL BE SO SOFT. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

Oh, you are so EVIL ! LOLOL, I can almost smell it! I did copy and paste it!! I cant wait to make that. I absolutely love stewed tomatoes. My granddad used to make brown gravy and put stewed tomoatoes in it and it was out of this world. I never ate tomatoes in/ on anything but that when I was growing up, but then I got pregnant and couldnt get enough of them. Now I eat them all the time.

Oh, I hear you on the bread thing!!! I love the spinach dip and hollowed out bread. I guess that I will be able to eat stuff like that on bagel chips (down the road).

I Use Them For Everything. You Can Even Bake A Fish With Them. But The Other Nite I Didnt Do Anything Fancy And It Was Just Me And I Had A Couple Of Chicken Cutlets So I Browned Them A Little With Onion And Garlic And Then Added Stewed Tomatoes.
