Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

This is a good menu idea. Although I have some time to get to this point, but one question I have is when you mention using a protien suppliment what brand or type would you recomend.?
Shopping ahead might help.

Thanks alot.....robbin

Hi Robbin, a lot of post ops say their taste changed after the surgery, and found they didn't like what they liked pre-op, so also say, not a good idea to stock up too much. Maybe the best idea is to stock several brands up only enough for sampling, so you can try them out post op and see what you can drink.

I AM GLAD i FOUND THIS LINK, I FORGOT ABOUT IT...HEHEHHE
I have tryed some of the protien additives and they are awful. , But haven't tryed the Isopure. Thanks for telling me, I will have to look for it.

Doc Sanae I have been told at the monthly meeting I go to that alot of the folks there have had changes in what they like now. They have all said that they're tastes have changed. I am finding that out myself.

Thanks.....robbin

Hi Robin,
I'm 4 weeks out (almost). I guess I'm odd man out 'cause my tastes haven't seemed to change. In the book Chuppy pulled the menu ideas from also suggest Unjury protein drink. I found them on line and I love it. Sometimes I mix it with H2o, milk and crystal light. It doesn't taste like chalk at all to me and blends very well.
Just wanted to put my 2cents in.

Kat and Robbin hang on there, I've been in that phase. It's so beautiful I've lost a chunk in that phase after I started the chunky mashed and regular solid food my WL started plateauing so ladies take the best out of this phase trust me You'll miss that phase quick achievemts Pp~

Girls enjoy the journey, it's very interesting when you check your weight every often and you get happily surprised that wooohoooo you've lost weight!!!!!

Greatest luck to everyone
