I HAVENT RAVED ABOUT A MEAL LIKE THIS SINCE I WENT TO RED LOBSTER. BUT I HAVE TO SAY I BOUGHT THE BLACK BEAN BURGER AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING THAT TASTED SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! IT WAS A BIT HIGH IN CARBS BUT THATS OK ILL JUST MAKE SURE THE DAY I EAT THIS BURGER I WATCH MY CARB INTAKE WITH THE OTHER MEALS. BOY WAS THIS YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EAT IT WITH SALSA TO MOISTEN IT A BIT SO YUMMY.

YOU GUYS WILL BE SO HAPPY ONCE YOU TRY THIS IM TELLING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 BURGER

CALORIES - 140
FAT - 4.5
CARB - 13
FIBER - 5
PROTEIN - 12

OF COURSE THE BOCA VEGGIE BURGERS STILL HAVE HALF OF THE CALORIES, FAT, CARBS AND STILL THE SAME PROTEIN CONTENT. THOSE ARE GOOD TOO. BUT THESE MORNING STAR BLACK BEAN BURGERS BLOW THEM AWAY!!! BUT I WILL STILL EAT BOTH.

I ALSO BOUGHT THE BUFFALO CHICKEN STRIPS AND CHICKEN PATTIES. I WILL HAVE TO LET YOU KNOW HOW THOSE GO

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Talking OH Yes....

Edie...
Our family has been eating these for YEARS!! I love love love them!
My husband likes them w/ toast, lettuce, tomato...and ketchup and mustard.
Anyway....I like to eat them just as a patty with a little bit of honey mustard or grey pupon. Sometimes I'll crumble it with some lettuce tomato shredded cheese, and picante sauce....really yummy alternative to "taco salad"....

You should try the Morning Star Corndogs....my whole family loves those too!

Wink I understand...

...but just remember that everything Morning Star is vegetarian.
So there is no "part is parts" in the corn dogs. As far as "REAL" hot dogs....I only do Hebrew National...makes me feel better to know what part of the cow that we are eating. LOL....

Yes Thats The Patties I Think I Bought, The Ranch.

Yes Becka Everything Is Working For ME Now!!!! This Is The Best Ive Ever Felt Eating Food Since I Have Had The Surgery! I Really Think The Strictures Are Behind Me Now!!!!!!!!! I Can Tolerate Anything Ive Noticed Since I Have Been Home. I Eat And It Doesnt Feel Funny Going Down, Doestnt Get Stuck In My Chest With Pain And No Throwing Up Which Im Sooo Used To Doing. Infact Somtimes I Still Get Scared Thinking This Might Be THE Meal That Makes Me Ill And Throw Up. Ive Been Ill So Long I Just Automatically Expect It. I Thank God I Feel This Good Now. But Im Still Very Scared And Very Very Very Cautious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'Kay, since this has a recipe, and some stuff on good things that you can eat, I am taking the liberty of moving this to the Gastric Bypass Recipe section.

Default Boca burgers, Morning Star too

I haven't had surgery yet, but have tried those black bean burgers a long time ago and they are really good. I used to eat those, and the Boca burgers. I no longer can eat them though as they have wheat in them and I am on a Gluten Free diet. So anyone out there with this problem, read the labels really good. I assumed at first there would be nothing like that in them. I was so glad I read the label. I think I am going to have a time eating unless I make it at home most things. Chili in a can even turkey chili, had wheat in it. Seems wheat is in everything, if its not the wheat, its one of the other no no grains or ingrediants.
