Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I've only gone to sit down resturants, no fast food, but I've had mahi-mahi, crab cakes, grilled chicken, pasta, baked potato and soup so far and everything has been fine. Though I don't eat much and it seems a shame to waste it, but sometimes it doesn't make sense to take it home either.

um...anything rotisserie works also and yes the sirloin was TO DIE FOR. it also reheats well (for those of us who have issues with reheated food) it comes with aujus; kinda like a thin gravy. i just dunk it in that and zap it on day two. GOOD STUFF!!

I do not do fast food at all... but we do go out to eat more often now. Three things happen:

1. I either ask to be seated near the bathrooms, or I know WHERE the bathrooms are and sit on the end.
2: I order only grilled chicken meals and ask for sauce on the side. Its cheaper to order sandwhiches and usually is a smaller cut of meat. I ask for no bun and just explain that I wont eat it and I dont want to waste it.
3. I ask for water because if you dont they treat you like an alien - do youwant something to drink now? So I just take water, take a sip right away and push it to the other end of the table. By the time we order and the meal comes, it will have been my 30 minutes I have to wait after drinking and before eating. Then I am not tempted to grab it while I am eating because its far enough away.

So far I've not gotten sick or anything at a restaurant. Although Sunday, Perkins grilled chicken did not sit right in the grouchy pouchy. Could have been the day, or could have been the way it was prepared. Either way, not ordering that again!

I believe most cant do BBQ, but I do just fine. BBQ pulled chicken was quite yummy as a treat for once in a while (BBQ sauce has sugar and carbs so moderation is the key). But mostly I prepare my own foods and try NOT to eat out as much as possible. I am saving so much money monthly by doing this.
