Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  Sugar Free Pecan Pie Ok, I should have put this up PRIOR to Thanksgiving, but I wanted to try it before I posted it! OH wow, this was FABULOUS! The kids rather enjoyed it as well. I even cut a small piece and threw it in my shake last night and YUMMMMM. If you like Pecan Pie...give this a shot! SF Pecan Pie 1 cup sugar free honey 3 eggs 1 cup Splenda 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cup pecans 1 -9 inch deep dish pie shell Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the honey, eggs, Splenda, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans and pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool; Top with a dabble of Cool Whip Lite! |
