Talking Strawberry Milk(my resipe sugar free)

I have been wanting strawberry milk so bad and they only have the mix in Sugar free chocolate and it taste awful I bought it it was gross. so I was sitting here thinking and it came to me.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

1 Cup of MIlk ( I use 1% thats what my surgeon wants me drinking)
1 to 2 packets spelenda
A dash of Strawbarry extract

add it all together in a cup and mix. It taste exactly the same as the one with sugar in it OMG its good.( I have also done this with rasbarry extract and it was awesome)

YOu could probably add protein powder to it also if you wanted

enjoy
Ash

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Girl You Are Too Funny With Those Extracts. You Were The One Who Gave Me The Idea A While Back To Put That In Oatmeal. Lol

Hmmmmm Banana Milk Wouldnt Sound Bad Either. I Will Have To Try This. I Really Should Drink More Milk. Just Because The Calcium Is Good For You.

I think you're onto something here, Ashley! I was going to suggess Instant breakfast, but the extract idea is much less expensive and you can adjust it to taste! Smart thinking!

Do you happen to know how it taste without the splenda? Let me know if you try it. I cant tolerate the artifical sweetners.

Msvickie as long as you don't over do it just put a little drop in it will be fine the milk will have just a hint of strawberry because milk is naturally on the sweet side at least I think it is.

I have added just the extracts to water before and its great.

So yes you can just put the extract in with out the artificial sweetner

Ok thanks. I will try this. Right now water and milk is about the only thing I can tolerate and small amounts at that. Somthing flavored would be great. Thanks again!
