Default Kuchen Custard

Her is one of my German dishes It is kuchen without the crust
It is called
Cheese Kuchen Custard

1 container of cheese curd ( is usually found near the cottage cheese. Cheese curd is acually cheese without all the mixings that cottage cheese has. Cottage cheese does not work for this recipe have to use cheese curd.)
I put the cheese curd in a bowl and then I crush it to smaller pieces with a fork and then I add about one and half (1 1/2) cup of heavy cream and mix it. In a seperate bowl I put in two eggs and mix with a fork and then I add about a half cup cream to the eggs and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and mix real good with a fork and then I add this too the cheese mix and add one cup of splenda to the cheese mixture and mix well. Now pour into a greased small glass cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Now bake it till the custard is thick or you can put a knife threw it and comes out clean. I usually bake it till the custard does not wiggle anymore. About 45 minutes. at 360 degrees.
I use the heavy whipping cream that has no carb. That is what my daughter does and so I do it too and seems to work for us. My daughter eats more things with cream than I do.

My husband also loves this.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
