Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | here is a recipe for pecan baked chicken...it has 40g of protein for 1 serving!!! 1/2 c finely chopped pecans 1/2c soft breadcrumbs 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 c buttermilk 2 pounds skinless chicken parts 1/ preheat oven to 400 2/ on a plate mix pecans, bread, salt and pepper 3/ pour buttermilk into bowl, coat chicken with buttermilk 4/ roll the chicken in pecan mixture, shake off excess gently, put chicken in baking pan 5/bake uncovered for 20-40 min, untill chix is done VERY YUMMY!!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | yes they do stick pretty good...i would think you could use the breadcrumbs you already buy, i just use ww bread and make my own crumbs, but it should work either way, let me know how u like it!
