Roux en Y Gastric Bypass
Default pecan baked chicken

here is a recipe for pecan baked chicken...it has 40g of protein for 1 serving!!!

1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1/2c soft breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c buttermilk
2 pounds skinless chicken parts


1/ preheat oven to 400
2/ on a plate mix pecans, bread, salt and pepper
3/ pour buttermilk into bowl, coat chicken with buttermilk
4/ roll the chicken in pecan mixture, shake off excess gently, put chicken in baking pan
5/bake uncovered for 20-40 min, untill chix is done

VERY YUMMY!!!!

One Question Though What Do You Mean By Soft Bread Crumbs. I Usually By The Already Made Italian Breadcrumbs. Cant I Use That?

Also I Noticed You Just Use The Butter Milk To Soak The Eggs. The Breadcrumbs And Pecans Still Stick To The Chicken Well Without Eggs?

yes they do stick pretty good...i would think you could use the breadcrumbs you already buy, i just use ww bread and make my own crumbs, but it should work either way, let me know how u like it!
