Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | A friend of mine told me about a really good way to make 'breaded' chicken without the 'bread'. She says she mixes milk and one egg to dip the chicken and then dips it in straight parmasean cheese instead of bread crumbs. She does this twice to make sure it's covered and then bakes it like normal. I can't wait to try it after this medifast shake thing. For puree I'm gonna mix it with tomato sauce, but when that's over i'm gonna make chicken fingers this way to dip in sauce. She swears by it and says it's to die for, but I haven't tried it yet. If one of you do soon, please let us know how it turned out.
