Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I made this up myself to have during my week 2 and I have really enjoyed it. (Of course my standards aren't real high after a week of clear liquids!) 1 medium size potato -Bake really well done in the microwave, let cool a bit and then scoop potato out of skin and mash very finely with a fork or a masher. While the potato was baking and cooling, I mixed 8 oz. of milk with 1 T. flour in a shaker jar and then cooked it on the stove til it thickened a bit. When the potato was mashed, I whisked it into the milk and cooked it all until warm. Added salt and pepper. Then YUM. (Makes a little over 2 servings)
