Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Naaa I Dont Usually Do Things Like Nachos. Not Sure Yet. I Know One Day I Will Try It In Salad, Maybe I Will Mash It And Put A Little In My Chili An Other Day And Then Maybe Also Try To Mash It And Have With 2 Or 3 Whole Grain Crackers. When I Feel Like It Later I Will Look Up Some Recipes On The Internet. Too Lazy Right Now |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I LOVE avacados. I cut them in half and take out the pit and eat it directly from the skin. I also like to top them grilled chicken. I used to eat them with turkey sandwiches but now I don't do sandwiches. Great choice of food. I think I am getting a hankerin...better go to the store and get some!! |

Weight Loss Method - | Boots, Avocados are great on turkey sandwiches as a substitute for mayo. Also I dice the avocado and toss it with tomatoes, feta cheese, and then add some lemon juice and a splash of basalmic vinegar. I don't know how well any of these ingredients settle with you but it is YUMMO ( I think I've been watching too much Rachel Ray hahaha).
