| WLS Master Guru | Thank you very much for remembering my special day. I cannot believe a whole year has gone by already. What a difference a year makes. Like everyone, I have had my ups and downs, but overall, things have been great. I have lost 115 pounds, which puts me ALMOST in normal range for my height. I would like to lose another 20 pounds, but if I don't, I am happy where I am right now. Things have been great for me this year. I have done so much more for myself than I thought I could. I get out more, cleaning is not such a chore for me, and I am enjoying the time with my kids more. I struggled with solid food for a loooooooong time, but lately things have been much better. I can eat many more regular foods, which I guess is good and bad at the same time. I have to say this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my health. I hope to continue to be successful in the maintenance stage. Thanks again for thinking of me. Have a great day EVERYONE> S
