Hi Girls, Thanks a lot for your wishes, yes it's been the first day of fasting and Gosh I have the most horrible headache so far! Haven't felt the hunger or thirst so far. Judigo yes this is my second year after the surgery I fast Thank God, except for the period days which Allah has forgiven the Muslim women during that time. I couldn't fast Ramadhan of year 2006 which was 3 months after the surgery, but now almost 2 years 6 months post op I have no problem fasting at all I'm so proud of myself. and will post my food profile later inshallah Have a god one all PS.
