Wink saltines w/ketchup mix..where are ya man?

I wanted to do a shout out..LOL

I was working temp/seasonal at Teleflora and talked to a customer who had had the surgery too a man! and wanted to shout out to him. I remembered reading his post about this mix to put onto saltines

katchup, worstechire..etc...

lol..hey it ws good stuff!

but it was really nice to talk to a postie you know?
There are days I walk in the world and feel like i"m the obnly one out here!

or worse..if I share the fact of having had the surgery then someone usually tells me about someone they know who did not do as well or died or something negative!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Bree, good to see you back.

Yeh, I know about the negativity. I'm sick of hearing about people who have gained it "all" back. And if you follow up, you'll find out they gained around 20 - 50 pounds, no where near "all". There's a lady that works here that also had it done. She got down to a size 4 and is now in a 12. I tell her that I'll be quite happy if that's where my journey ends. A 12 is still a very nice size.

So how have you been? We've missed you.

Hi Bree, how are you doing?
I'm sure you're doing fine weight loss wise, but how is the world treating you in general?
