Default Stuggling with energy & will power

I lack energy to excercise, i set my alarm and go to bed early and when the alarm goes off i struggle to get up. I wont get up until the last minute and run around the house trying to quickly get ready for work. I wont do any excercing after work or on my days off. Whats wrong with me, I was doing so good last year at this time...... I have maintained my weight with a few pounds up or down but i have remained consistant at 150 to 155 lbs. Does anyone have any suggestions or gone through the same thing.

I am days away from being 2 yrs out from surgery... YEAH!!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey, I havent been on the site in forever.....and reading your post was like I wrote it myself. What has happened? I am so very tired as well. I take all the vitamins (somewhat faithfully) plus sleep as much as I can blah blah blah..... I am only a month behind you and exercise last year always....what has happened? Tks for posting though, I needed to know I am not the only one. Take Care!

1) Are all your vitamins and supplementations in order? Even if they are, as Kenyar says, how's your blood work? CONFIRM that you are okay in this area.
2) May you be having a bout of depression? Feeling of lack of energy, and havingi a hard time in the mornings, could be the earliest sign. No intention of scaring anyone, but sometimes, subtle feelings may be indication of an underlying issue that needs to be correcting.
3) How is your water and protein intake? Are you sticking to the requirements there? Dehydration and lack of protein can bottom out your get go, too.
4) Also, as *dangerous* as it is, if you have been restricting your carb in take very severely, then increase it by 10-15gs and see how you do. Be sure to choose the *good* carbs, not the processed ones.

I just hit that 2 year mark myself. I had that bout not long ago acutally. I dont see my PCP until next month to get labs done. I take my Vitamins religiouly. One thing I did do was watch my fluid intake. I wasnt getting near enough in. You know what that helped me emensley. Like Doc said go back and look. If necessary write it down even what your eating. It will suprise you what your not doing or getting enough of. Im not over doing anything. I wasnt getting enough of what I needed and it seems to have helped and almost resolved that problem for me.

I think we get into a rythem of things and we forget to watch it and follow it like we should ....so your not alone. Yep get the labwork for sure. Im acutally looking foward to mine.

Agree with Doc & Kenyar...
Anemia and/or depression would be my very unueducated guess.
I've experienced both and had those symptoms.
