|  Hi Deborah! I am feeling great! I am eating small meals every two hour or so. I try to get in about 80 to 90 grams of proteins a day. It does not always work. I take my vitamins faithfully because they are important. I am 39 years old, I am married and I have four kids. I am from Baltimore. I like to crochet, I walk daily and read when I get the time. I haven't had any health problems sense the surgery. The only thing that concerns me is the hair loss. I am taking the hair, skin and nail vitamins which helps. I look foward to talking to you soon. | Hi Wannabethin! Hi my name is Urretta. My surgery date was July 19,2006. I had complications while I was in the hospital. I had to get the gastric tube put in for two days, which was awful. So far I am down 73lbs. I started at 301. At the time of surgery I was 296lbs. So I am off to a good start. How old are you? Do you have a family? What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? You can be brief. LOL! I hope we can chat again.

I've been away from the boards for a bit this week....busy with out of town guests and a Christmas Open House Party!! WOW....love the holidays...but keeps me sooo busy, I don't have time to pop on here and tell everyone how much I love and miss you all!!! It's really funny how much I think of each of you when I'm not on the boards...and wonder how you all are doing! Uretta....I lived in Baltimore in the early years of my life....before my family moved to Texas! Wow...4 kiddos...that is a lot to keep up with! Good for you!!! Sounds like you are doing well now...and I'm sooo glad you found us here on RR!!! This is a great group.... Miss you guys...I know until the new year I'm going to be in and out...esp. after the 22nd. Russ, 'Bella and I are driving to Michigan for a week...we won't be back until the 30th.... I'm hoping to see Tweety up in Traverse City...actually she is only about 15min. from my MIL's house!!!
