| Hey, Craig, I hope you're doing better!
Hi, folks, I have to tell ya, Guru Craig has strained his back, and is walking around like an old man.
I know Leslie's pampering him, and though back pain can be pretty yucky, the guru is up and about at his 'puter, working on this site, despite his pain.
So, I hope you'll all join me in sending him a get well wish, and a big hug to him and Leslie.

It was probably me that caused it, all the stress I have been putting him under with the effort to get the site the best for the search engines.
So sorry mate.
Dont let me work you too hard |

T2DMan, the grapevine has it he just bent wrong and Bam!
I am more inclined to think, maybe Junior jump-kicked him.
If anything, I know the Guru is addicted to working too hard, so I'm pretty sure it ain't your fault so don't you worry, just keep him going!
Craig, rest well, and don't forget to exercise regularly, that's the best bet to keep injuries like these at bay! (Speaking from my own experience, here. )
I hope Monday morning finds you feeling better.
((((((HUGS)))))) again!

Hi Craig, hope you're feeling better. I've been out of it this weekend myself, just kind of getting back into the swing of things and catching up. Sorry to hear your back was out!

Thanks for all of the well wishes. I did something to my back, and haven't felt like this in years. Went to the doc today and because of some weakness in my legs scheduled me for an MRI to check for herniation.
Please keep me in you prayers, and please forgive me if I dont answer your emails quickly. I have asked Christyblue to be a gatekeeper to help out.
Much love.

Good luck with everything and don't worry about us, you picked an awesome gatekeeper to watch things for you. I am sure we will be fine. You and Leslie will be in my prayers.

Thanks again folks for your thoughts and prayers. Found out today that I have some bulging disc probs. Not exactly sure what the next steps are. I have an appt with an orthopod Wed. So we will see.
Again, thanks for all.

My dad had a similar problem and it wasn't fun by any means. I pray that you don't have lifelong problems with this and that you are feeling better. Good luck and God Bless on Wed and every day for that matter.
