Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Eating SMALL and more OFTEN is always a better choice. It's a kind of ..'back to the rules' thing.

Plus the amt you 'gained' back is really pretty standard for longer termers..you get down pretty low then gain back up some and that's where you stay. If you want to stay lower, it's gonna be a bit of work on your part to stay there.

The food choices you made sound fine to me..A lot of the people I've talked to who are beyond the 2 yr mark often slide back into the 'too busy to eat, don't eat all day' way they used to do, or they think that now they are 'thin' they do not have to eat the way they did to lose the weight.

Long term we HAVE to eat. It's how you stay healthy long term. Walking each day for 20-30 min is a good thing to keep up with to. It's easy to do, can involve the kids OR be your -me time-.
its interesting how different doctors say different things.

My doc said only eat 3 meals a day and have the protein shakes in between, and never go more then 4 or 5 hours between my meals. She insisted never get back into the snacking habits, stick with the normal 3 meals a day would conquer the old habits of nibbling all day long hence possibly regaining weight.

3 meals plus protein shakes in between twice a day is actually not much different from taking 5-6 small meals a day. The point here is to not put too many hours between meals for various reasons, one being that your pouch is small, so it is not able to hold enough food at one time to supply the energy you need to go through several hours without any intake.
The point is to regulate your eating--be clear about *on* and *off* and not graze, as grazing is having food constantly in your mouth/pouch which can add up to a lot without your rrealisation of what you are doing.
