Hi I found a pretty neat site I wanted to share with evreryone. Its called Bariatric Eating. Has lots of good info although as you know you need to follow YOUR surgeon's recommendations first and ALWAYS. Here is the link..

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
