Wink TOOL: OH's "Weight Tracker"

Some of you may be on www.ObesityHelp.com already...but if you are not....it's something to check out! Can never have too much support - or tools.
I know there are a few on our board that 'pop' between RR & OH....I don't really spend much time there...but I do enjoy the articles...and tools!

I just got this email today...and went on my profile to update my NEW FUN TOOL!!!~ Here is the email info:
"The holidays are coming, and with them come many temptations to derail your hard work and healthy lifestyle. It's easy to lose sight of the goal and, sadly, of all of the wonderful work you have already accomplished. Fortunately, there's a new tool that will make it easier to stay on track! We at ObesityHelp.com are thrilled to announce our new Weight Tracker. It makes seeing the results of your hard work and visualizing success easier than ever.

It doesn't matter if you are just starting out on your weight loss or if you are in weight maintenance, this fun tool will help you see how your weight and BMI change over time. Weight Tracker will help you see your results during weight loss, but it can also help you know when it's time to re-examine your lifestyle. Weight Tracker is easy to set up and even easier to use: simply enter your height, goal weight and your current weight and set a few preferences, and then enter your updated weight whenever you weigh in, up to once per day. The more often you enter your weight, the more detailed your results will be."

After you have a profile...you can make your weight loss tracker....here's mine:

MY WEIGHT HISTORY: "The last 19mos..."

Hope you enjoy it...and that it will help and encourage you!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
