Congratulations on joining the Losers' Bench.

There are only a couple of threads in the Gastric Band section because it's new. We do have a few lap banders, but when they came on, the posted mostly in Your Profile and in Coffee Talk. It takes some time for traffic in certain sections to build up. Hope you'll decide to stick around.

Welcome to the site, my name is Rebecca. There is ALOT of info and great support on here! And its seems like there are similar weight loss stories shared no matter what tool you went with, some people on here never had surgery at all and still lost a whole bunch of weight.
So if you do a search on this site you could most likely find lapband info in other threds as well, so hang in there, glad to have you here and hope you learn alot and make new friends along the way.
