I will back this up with fact...took me 13 years to conceive my first child biologically and it happened after i lost 90 lbs!
BUT some are obesite from PCOS which i was so its frustrating!

This is a very serious issue as it not only endangers the health of the mother, it endangers the health of the soon to be born child.
