Interesting....

For each additional hour you spend in a car, it increases your odds of being obese by 6%.
If you walked just two-thirds of a mile daily, it would reduce your likelihood of obesity by 4.8 percent.

Non allerigic asthma, i guess thats what I had... but even with my 40 lbs gone... my asthma is "gone" or so I think.. yea, it must be "halfway gone" cause now I can walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and not gasp or literally die.. Peggy
