Getting rid of fat on the back of your arms (Los Angeles Daily News)

Question: What are the best exercises to tighten up the back of my arms? Answer: Your triceps are the muscles that are on the back of your arms, and this is an area that most women want to tighten up. That's where a lot of women carry excess fat on their arms.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I soooo need to do this, but was dissapointed that the article was not that helpful or had any newsflashes...lol. Oh well, I need to sneak away to the gym tonight...I miss it. I have not been able to sneak there since school started and I feel really flabby and sad about it. Even though I am walking back and forth to school twice a day, I miss my weight training workout machines. AHHHHHH!

I bought myself a ball with rubber bands to attach to it...lay on it and pull the bands upward. this really does the work...Got mine at Wal-Mart for around $17 dollars.

Ive started to lift 5 lb weights during watching tv at home. this is in addition to walking every day. I know this will be a problem area so i asked my surgeon to show me some basics so far so good, This will help for imediatly after surgery too.
