Low-fat dish is a satisfying and tasty blend (Deseret Morning News)

The flavors in this low-fat chicken dish were inspired by Mediterranean cuisines and these days the popular adjective "Mediterranean" makes any suggestion of diet quite palatable.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

580 kcals per serving?!!!
That's pretty high calorie, even if low in fat!!
Can't say I'd readily reccomend this recipe to anyone.

BUT i do imagine all of us post oppers would only eat a
1/4 of a serving so maybe that would save the calories
for us!
just a thought being we eat such small portions!

You are right about that.
580/4=145 which is pretty good, but you do need to keep in mind, that will bring the protein down from 59g to 14.75g.
Half a serving will bring the cal down to 290 which is much better.
Very important to keep the servings in good proportions.
