I think that this is an idea, I was surprised to hear the law was in several cities, maybe they should ban ...gee, lets see Macaroni Grill resturants.. cause starch adds weight.. ans I understood in poverty areas, starch is a stable cause of limited funds...mabe all lettuce and salad resturants..... new city council man trying tomake a wave....
