Interesting article.... my sister has BCBS of Illinois and they have rejected her 2 x's but she is still fighting it... but it seems that each BCBS in each state has its own set of rules .. it even quotes a BCBS perosn in this article..I think the insurance companies knowit pays for itself but like insurance companies they save the almight dollar..
