Weight Loss Method Controlled Eating & Exercise |  I was going to delete this given that it is not human related. But it certainly is interesting. We are what we eat, even dogs are what they eat. So when we eat too much we get overweight, especially when we don't exercise. I need to remind myself of this. Sitting at a computer and enjoying my food.... I am not WLS style overweight, but I do have a belly and I have not done anything about it... While on holiday and doing a bit of swimming, and having photos taken, I do start to realise it a tad more. Hmmm. |
