Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have been following this on the news here. I think it is shameful. He definetly needs to appeal this judge's ruling. If the Judge can deny his claim based on health reasons then it opens the gate for ruling against people with other health conditions or even a family history of bad health. Shame on this Judge for opening this door. Hopefully this man will be able to get the judge's decision overturned. But I feel sorry for the child, being moved from home to home.

I mean yall think about this,..... this is a set up for fat parents to get there kids taken away? Whats the justice in that? An this man and his wife want these kids and have taken care of them only to say the dads to big so he cant have custody? |

Found this address and contact info for the Jackson County Court, apparently adoptions are held through their Family Justice Center 625 East 26th Street Kansas City, MO 64108 Find this information for another Contact Person: Rosalee Schottel. And here are the phone number and fax number. Phone: (816) 435-4788 Fax: (816) 435-4793 Couldn't find the Judge's name.
