For some people losing weight means smaller clothes. But for Melanie Grajeda, it also meant biking down a volcano, taking surfing lessons, and, most importantly, it meant doing these activities with her family.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default Too Fun....

Good for her!
Weight Watchers is an AWESOME program...and a great one if you are going non-surgical route!!!

About 10yrs ago I lost 120#'s on WW....and it was fairly painless...just a lot of patience...and a mind-set of self control...and a great support system! Loved the WW support boards too!!
I just wish I would've done the "inner work" at that time....I think because I was never willing to go deeper in my mind and heart about what got me to being obese in the first place.
