Fat Free Foods Expanding Waistlines (KFDA-TV Amarillo)

Your waistline expands...even though you are eating low fat foods. That's because many of those foods are loaded with high fructose corn syrup.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

thank you for this article!!!---there are SO many nuts who are touting eating 'fat-free' and frankly I don't think this is good practice as for us posties high corn syrup contents...which yes they show a low count on sugar but that doesn't indication concentration!.. can be a bad thing.

plus for YEARS I ate fat-free/low fat and got bigger and bigger...I see my mom and her friend doing the same darn thing now..in the past 2 years since they started eating "fat/free-lowfat" they have both gained even more weight. :-(
