Fat chance of former Sugar Land mayor Dean Hrbacek winning Tom DeLay's old congressional seat. I use the expression "fat chance" because of a stunt Hrbacek, a tax lawyer by trade, pulled in his race for the District 22 U.S. House seat, now occupied by Nick Lampson, D-Stafford.
