I am new at this site. I had my gastric bypass on Feb 22, 2010. Finding it hard to find the right things to eat and still get my protien amount.

earlier i posted a note on the profile forum it never showed up. any ideas what went wrong. when i replied to postings they showed up but the lengthy post i worked so hard on this afternoon disappeared. leslie thompson suggested that i join and post a request for people to take the weight loss surgery survey for my research study. Hello, I am just starting the WLS process. Also at Highland Hospital. I was wondering if you have any pointers for me. If you have heard of any 10+ years success rates and if you had heard of Dr. Boss. I'm trying to get as much info as I can before the big day. Thanks
