hi angie, you have done very well,it is hard though as its will power.i got 1 more day to go now im going in hospital tomorrow,then thurs morning 10 oclock uk time will be having my surgery i have lost 7lb also. ill keep u posted how it goes,and good luck for your surgery too.this time next year we will be so different.x

hi angie hope your doing ok on your diet, yes got 3 more days to go!like u i try to fill up on water when im really hungry, i eat chicken and pork like you, but i can eat any vegtables i guess it must be a little different over here.i did have slip but then managed to keep on track had 4 chinese prawn crackers oops, i was so hungry.x
