Started pre-op diet today. Rough! Cooking for the family is a killer when you can't eat it! Anyone have this problem? What did you do? I wish my husband could cook but he has no skills in the kitchen. I really am mad at myself for getting so fat that I have to have surgery to learn a new lifestyle.
