Hello,
I saw your post that you had your surgery at Ellis Hospital in Upstate NY. Is that in Schenectady? That is where I'm going to have mine...providing all goes well. I have my orientation this coming Thursday. I was wondering if you went to the same hospital and would be willing...if you would tell me what the process is? Like what happens at the orientation and I've heard they use medifast, how soon will I get to start on that? Just curious...I'm so excited and I can't wait.
