HopefulinCNY, sorry for late response, life has been incredibly busy, beyond my expectations. I had 2 year post op and checked out 110% with exception that vitamin D count was low so knocking back 4000 iu a day to get to 2500 iu needed. Hope you are recovering well, your life will change for the positive, not just loss of weight and smaller clothes but so many great things will come your way that you can take up the challenge with confidence and do more that you could ever dream of before. Enjoy what life brings you, embrace it and never go back to the trap we were all in. 2 years out, things become easy to start going back to old habits so be cautious and develop healthy lifestyle habits now while your tool works best to assist you. "Talked" with you a couple years ago and had surgery on 3/15/11. Dr Baranov a new associate in Grabers practice. All went well, just reading over old correspondence looking for tips and pointers. How is everything with you?
