I have been to festivals, fairs, festivals, fairs, etc. alllll summer long and now I have to pull in the belt and throw away the funnel cake addiction!! I only ate like 4 or 5 bites but now I too am feeling hungry and I've gained some pounds back! Yikes! Help! I'm going to do as Dr. says and stick to the protein & water. ALSO....since turning 50, hot flashes have really plaqued me so now I'm on the patch and I think that is adding to my weight gain. Bummer!
