Hope all is well with you... Have you ever heard of Goji Berries? I have been eating bags of these berries and whenever I eat about half a handful, I drink some water and I lose at least two pounds in less than three days. I was told they are good for snacking instead of something that is artificially sweetened. I love them a lot and I just wanted to know if you have heard about these berries.
