glad you are feeling better! my gas pains aren't gone yet...even though I have been walking about 15 - 20 minutes everyday they actually seem to be a little worse this morning than they were yesterday it's like really sharp pain right under my left breast.

I am feeling much better. Gas pains are gone. Today I will start treadmill walking. 30 minutes per day to start.

I am home today. I am feeling so much better once I have started to let go of this gas. Other than tht I am a little sore but ready to get started on my journey. No more pain medication cigarettes for me!

I don't start my liquid diet until Saturday...Christmas Day! Good luck with everything and I'll be keeping up with you as well!
