Boy, I didn't realize how I have been skipping writing in my blog. I am just about at 3 months and have lost 54 lbs since the surgery and 77 overall.

I am one happy camper here. I am still working on getting to exercise every day. With my job, I have to work long hours during FDA audits and they have been here for about 6 weeks now. Hopefully this will end soon. Then I can get back to going everyday. I found a real nice gym where I feel comfortable going in and working...

I went back to work last Monday. I have to say, I figured it would be easier but boy it wasn't. I lasted about 6 hours. On Tue, I only worked in the AM because I had my 4 week follow up in the afternoon. After I found my way to the new office now over 2 hours away, my surgeon had to open up all my incisions to pick out several stitches that were "spitting out" as he put it. I guess they were supposed to be absorbed but my body did not absorb them. I felt like I was back to square...

When I got home from the hospital, I noticed that my kitchen faucet was leaking a little. No big deal right.... Well a couple of weeks later now, and I found that it is a bigger deal and found water going down the pipes to the basement. I figured the faucet must be cracked. So I went to buy a new one but I can't do the work myself because of how sore my stomach area still is.

I feel wonderful right now. I was able to walk 0.25 miles today. Working my way back up to a mile where I was before the surgery.

I know it seems like so little but to me its wonderful.

I also used my M3 to do a little strength training and worked up quite a sweat.

My mind is invigorated right now and I feel like I will be successful.

Things are going very well, I have lost 20 lbs in 16 days and cannot believe it.

I finally am getting in my 60+ grams of protein each day and am not hungry in between. I am down to 3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day. 3/4 cup is working well and makes me feel very full.

I can't believe I have had no cravings so far. Although living alone, means I don't have to be around other food I can't have.

I am getting a little tired of pureeing everything. I am looking...
