Thinking of you!! We all talk about how mental and emotional this journey is!! That is most of the battle. The scales have ruled many of our emotional lives--this time is forever and not about numbers. It is about health and vitality--One thing that always encourages me is to realise that no matter the rate at which weight is lost statistically if we follow the rules we all end up at the same place with about 70 percent of excess weight gone in 18-24 months.

Hey there I'm 7 wks post op I was the same way I had to stop protein shakes I did the shots from walmart and mixed them with crystal lite and I used deli meat and tuna for protein good kluck

Don't feel bad I feel bad I was the same way had surgery sept 28 still sick some hard to eat and do vitamins don't worry sip lots water stick to liquids u can tolerate good lick yesterday first day no pain tryn food makes me sick so I go back to liquids good bless take it easy in 2 weeks 20 lbs will fall off u will get better I'm starting to
