Hi hun sorryu I just signed on and read your note...I have always taken calcium petites..now 2 years out I changed to regular calcium pills..I coulnt stand the cewable calcium stuff...Dr was fine with it..and yes you can take iron pills but i never needed Iron so havent..also your daily bitanins will have Iron in some of types..I take Daily itamin pills also..everything I take is in pill form..just break them if breakable into 2 pieces and take with water..actually about 6 months out i never had to break anything anymore..but we are all different..If I can help please let me know..i will watch more carefully..nice to meet you
