How funny that we had surgery on the same day, and have lost about the same amount of weight so far! I had my surgery in Alexandria. I've not talked to a nutritionist since before the surgery. At my 2 week apt, my surgeon said I was on track. I lost the 27 pounds quick but since then ive only lost about 6 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm not over doing it at the gym... I am usually there for about 40-45 minutes. I bike for 30 minutes & then walk the track a few times. I know that regardless of time, I will end up losing weight since I'm not eating fast food, junk food, etc. plus I'm exercising now. I guess I just expected more. I know I shouldn't, but it's a bit late for that now! Lol.

We aren't too far apart as of now, although my husband is being stationed in Belgium in August, so we will be moving. We should definately keep in touch! Feel free to email me anytime. Pagirlee@yahoo.com
