18 month out. I went from 306 pounds to the lowest 146. Fantastic. However I have gained 10 back and I am in a panic. Has anyone found an actual diet to follow after 1 year post op. I am working out almost everyday,but my appetite has increased and I am fighting to not go back to old habits.I need an actual meal plan to follow

I am also one year out on june24,2010/ having the same problem. The weight seems to be dragging off. It is getting harder and harder. What did you do to solve the situation? I am watching what I eat, but do find myself eating more then when I started, I thought the weight loss continues for around two years. Also I work out almost everyday

I love this journey. My aches have diminished. My breathing is better. I feel good> I would do it again

having gall bladder surgery on 10/22/09. Anyone who says this is easy does not know what the surgery is about. I found it is helpful tool, but you still have to do the work.
